All manuscripts should be written in English and must not be less than 4 pages in length. If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages.

Manuscripts should pay attention to originality, report unpublished research results or experimental results. Before submitting, plagiarism checks should be conducted through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other query systems, with no more than 18% repeat rate.

Submissions must be self-contained. Submit the manuscript in WORD and PDF format, and typeset the manuscript in strict accordance with the guidelines and templates. 

Once passed the initial check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Paper submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email in about 1 month.

For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper.

Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in IC-EISIT 2026 conference proceedings.
