Visa Application

The 2026 International Conference on Electrical, Intelligent Systems and Information Technology (IC-EISIT 2026) aims to gather professors, researchers, scholars and industrial pioneers all over the world. IC-EISIT welcomes contributions which promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse between educators and researchers all over the world. We aim to building an idea-trading platform for the purpose of encouraging researcher participating in this event.

An invitation letter for VISA will be issued only to conference attendees who have completed the registration process for the conference and paid the conference fee. By sending the basic information (Name, Passport No., Date of Birth, Issue Date of Passport, Expiry Date of Passport, Place of Issue, Nationality) to IC-EISIT@outlook.com with "I need an invitation letter to get a VISA". We are sending you the letter as soon as possible.

The IC-EISIT organizing committee is obviously aware of and paying attention to the recent and ongoing changes to the VISA rules related to visitors from certain foreign countries entering China. If these changes will affect your ability to attend IC-EISIT 2026, please let us know as soon as possible.

Announcement

Please note IC-EISIT is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the IC-EISIT Committee Board. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration.

Should your application be denied, IC-EISIT cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will IC-EISIT engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
